Hull & Line is a detention-recovery tool for owner-operator truckers and small fleets, operated by Fifth Suit Strategies LLC. This page explains what we collect when you visit hullandline.com or ask us for the guide, who holds it, and how to have it removed. Plain and short, because that is the whole point.
What we collect
- Your email address — when you ask us to send the guide or to notify you when early access opens. That is the reason we ask for it, and the only reason.
- Your mobile number — only if you choose to opt in to text messages by texting our keyword (available once SMS is live). We never buy, append, or scrape phone numbers.
- First-touch UTM parameters — the
source, medium, andcampaigntags on the link that brought you here, so we can tell which video or letter led you to us. This is not cross-site tracking and not device fingerprinting. - Basic analytics — we count page visits with Google Analytics and umami (a privacy-focused analytics tool we run ourselves). These measure aggregate traffic; we never hand them your email address or phone number.
We do not run advertising pixels, we do not fingerprint your device, and we do not use a third-party identity graph to unmask anonymous visitors.
Who holds it
Fifth Suit Strategies LLC
United States
Postal mailing address available on request — email patrick@hullandline.com.
Fifth Suit Strategies LLC is the controller of the email and SMS list. Your address lives on our own list, on our own infrastructure — not in a shared marketing platform.
We do not sell or share your list
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address or phone number with anyone, for any purpose. The only parties that ever process related data are the analytics providers named above, which see page-view data under their own terms and never receive your contact details, and the mail and messaging carriers that deliver a message you asked for.
Unsubscribe — one click, every time
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. One click removes you; there is no login, no "reply to be removed," and no waiting. For text messages, reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately.
Contact
Questions about your data, or a request to see or delete what we hold, go to patrick@hullandline.com. We answer from a person, not a form.
Changes to this page
If we change what we collect or how we handle it, we update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes to how we use your contact information will be described here before they take effect.
